Adult Day Program
Offering flexible hours, caregiver relief and meaningful activity for individuals with a moderate to severe dementia.

Caregiver Support
Resources for the community and for caregivers through our Scotiabank Learning Centre.

Integrated Healing Arts Centre
Fee-for-service specialized alternative medicine, including:

  • Acupuncture
  • Chiropody (foot care)
  • Chiropractic
  • Massage Therapy
  • Physiotherapy

Long Term Care
Nursing and personal care for frail, disabled or cognitively impaired residents offered through the Cardinal Ambrozic Houses of Providence.

Palliative Care
For adults experiencing the end stages of terminal illness.

Clinics and Services
Offered through Providence’s Community Centre.

  • For Hospital Patients
    (Inpatient Clinics including Dental, Eye, Dermatology and Cardiology)
  • For the Community
    (Outpatient Clinics including Amputee, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensary, Mobility, Pain Care, Physiatry, Stroke and Neuro; Alzheimer and Arthritis Services; and Diabetes Education)
  • For Seniors
    Specialized clinical services for older adults offered through our Regional Geriatric Program

Assisting adults in regaining optimum health, functioning and independence. Programs include:

Referrals for our Programs and Services

Providence is a member of the GTA Rehab Network and is involved with developing and implementing admission guidelines as well as definitions that are applied across our sector. Please refer to the GTA Rehab Network for up-to-date information on guidelines and definitions, as well as for referral forms for our programs and services.
