An ongoing priority at Providence Healthcare, quality improvement helps us to continually find new and better ways of doing things to enhance care, increase satisfaction and achieve better clinical outcomes for our patients.
Our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) is one tool we use to help document and review our current performance in a variety of areas. Within our QIP, we outline our aims and measures for the next year. These include initiatives such as continuing to improve our hand hygiene compliance rates and improving patient satisfaction.
With this plan, we are able to clearly see targeted areas for improvement, charting our progress as we move forward and helping ensure we continue to create a positive patient experience while delivering high quality health care.
